Hey, my name is Sophie and a med student from Germany. I will be in Taipei from August til December for an exchange semester. Already hyped to get to know the culture, food and people. My friends and roommates would describe me as caring, sweet, positiv and outgoing person. My day schedule starts late at arounf 11 am and I tend to stay up late. I'm used to living and sharing with 24 people in my dorm. No weird habits. I hope to find roommates, that share the same vibe as me, so we will have a nice time together. P.S. 大家好 我們在找合租室友！ 位置在新竹市明湖路透天電梯套房 🏠目前三男一女 平時無需交流 收房租水電費時是用手機轉帳或Linepay 房東人很好，有問題馬上解決 🐈租金7000 🐈室內空間約4坪另+獨立衛浴+陽台 🐈台水台電 兩個月繳一次 1層樓1個電表 🐈目前電費各樓層平分（3、4樓各有2間套房） 🐈浴室乾濕分離 冷氣是變頻冷氣！ 🐈可養寵 但不能放出來～ 我跟室友各養了兩隻貓貓 🐈1、4、7、10月需付網路費1000（大家平分） 🐈垃圾車除週三外一天兩班（約14:00、19:40） 🐈車庫目前轎車已滿但可停機車 🐈5樓頂樓有曬衣間+室外頂樓 🐈基本上是空房出租 有附雙人床、大桌子、椅子 有興趣都可以聊聊！ 歡迎私訊
