We found that some landlords claim they are out of town and request tenants to transfer rental fee / deposit to their bank account directly without any flat visits and signing rental agreements. These ads are very suspicious and we have suspended their membership immediately.

We strongly recommend tenants must go flat visits and sign tenancy agreement face-to-face with landlord before sending any money to their account !
