Also, it's in a super cool 3-storey walk up historical building, on the first floor, including a shared rooftop with a bbq!

I am moving to New Territories due to work, so will be sorry to say goodbye to the flat. Need to sublet it for four months (15 December to 14 April). Afterwards, you can just extend your lease with the rental agency if you really like the place! No rental agency fees, btw. I will cover the deposit.
