Hi everyone! Looking to sublet my flat at the corner of Staunton and Shing Wong street. Amazing location, historic sites nearby and super convenient. Less than a five minute walk to the escalators and all the exciting restaurants, cafes and bars that Soho has to offer! About an 8 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR Station. Also, it's in a super cool 3-storey walk up historical building, on the first floor, including a shared rooftop with a bbq!

I am moving to New Territories due to work, so will be sorry to say goodbye to the flat. Need to sublet it for four months (15 December to 14 April). Afterwards, you can just extend your lease with the rental agency if you really like the place! No rental agency fees, btw. I will cover the deposit.

It's a small place but I chose it for convenience and being close to all my favourite spots in HK. Hope to be in touch, thank you!
